Congrats!! Lack of hunger is completely normal but try and take small frequent sips to avoid dehydration.... Best Wishes! -
band vs sleeve - how did you decide?

I have the same insurance as carolinagirl...so no sleeve option for me either, but even given the option I would have opted for the band just because it is less invasive. Like the wise people said before me any wls surgery can be successful as long as you do your part and do everything you can to make it successful...I'm still a rookie, only 6 weeks out but I LOVE my band! I wish you well in whatever you decide! -

Don't see why you couldn't use it! Since surgery I have had a hard time getting my taste for coffee back, I tried all kinds of sf and ff creamers and syrups and nothing tasted good, but I think I finally found my creamer...coffee mate natural bliss low fat chocolate flavor...20 cals a tbs...I add truvia and it tastes pretty good!

I try and weigh myself once a week but sometimes it ends up being more often than that.....I don't get stressed out by fluctuations but if you do, weekly is much better than daily! -

Totally normal to have no appetite from all the swelling....around a week after surgery my swelling went away and that's when my hunger returned...Congrats on your surgery! -

I would wait too..I have always been top heavy too, I lost 150 lbs a few years back and I was in dire need of a lift after I lost the weight. I think if you have yours reduced and lifted you may have more sagging to deal with once you reach your goal, breasts contain a lot of fat! I'm going to have mine lifted when I reach my goal. Just my opinion..I wish you well in whatever you decide!
