I totally agree with this! My eyes are getting old and the light pink is just hard for me to see against the white background. Hmmm, glasses maybe in my near future.

I use it a lot in marinades...I tried drinking it in water once...never again!, yuck!...made me nauseous for the rest of the day...

I tried many many shakes and Muscle Milk and Muscle Milk Lite where the only ones I liked...I still drink them too...hope you find something you like

I have never had my gall bladder out but the gas pain kicked my butt for 8 days straight...the only thing that helped me was my heating pad....you may be one of the lucky ones and not have any pain or very little...I hope so! I never was much for drinking with meals so that's been easy for me.. Best of luck and Best Wishes!

Trust me to be the opposite!...I'm hungry when I get up in the morning..but I wait until I get all my kids to school before I eat, after I eat breakfast I struggle to get in all my calories during the day because I'm just not very hungry....The morning shake sounds like a good option for you Donna...

My doc didn't suggest a goal weight for me either... I just went with a healthy weight for my height of 5' 3" for my goal...it's not set in stone though so it could change in either direction.....Just be healthy, that's all I say!

It's amazing how good I feel having not stuffed my face with crap for the past 6 weeks...Not only physically but mentally too, I'm not tired so much anymore, my stomach is not upset anymore, I am sleeping better, I have more patience with my children, I have more clothing options in my closet and I love my husband more .....I'm just happier and my family get to benefit from that... Lord knows why I didn't do this sooner.....Love you band! Rave over!
