Do you have a heating pad? I lived with my heating pad for the first week..it saved me, it was the only thing that helped with the shoulder gas pain. Good buy on the Muscle Milk..... I love it! Best of luck for your surgery and Best Wishes! -
I'm so very sorry for your losses. I have to say that progesterone saved all 4 of my babies. The first time I was pregnant I started to bleed and was put on progesterone, baby was born healthy, I was then tested and diagnosed with luteal phase defect and needed progesterone for all my pregnancies, all 4 were born healthy because of the progesterone...I hope and pray you will have your dream of a baby in the near future...(((hugs)))

I went up and down a few pounds during my 6 months...in the end my weight stayed the same. I really think you will be just fine..Best Wishes!

I went to the seminar first... I checked out the surgery center online to make sure they excepted my insurance before I attended the seminar. Then after the seminar I went to see my pcp and started the 6 month supervised diet...Best Wishes!

I went to my pcp for my 6 month supervised diet. For me, as long as I was seen some time in the month for 6 consecutive months I was good...it didn't need to be 30 days apart, so I would make sure you know exactly what your requirements are. Good Luck and Best Wishes! -

I had all my appointments and tests done and my approval came just 4 days before my surgery day...I'm sure you will be just fine, like Missy said, it's old hat to your doctors office...Best Wishes! -

You will have to go through your EFMP office on base...Lap band follow ups are listed as an EFMP qualification and it's also listed as a mandatory enrollment....Best Wishes

I have piercings in my nose and eyebrow....I left them in when I went to the hospital for surgery hoping I could leave them in, but no, the nurses made me take them out. I think it's just standard procedure. I hope your doctor okays you to keep your's in but if not, like CG says, I am sure you can find a piercer who will take it out for you the day before your surgery... -

I walk 7 days a week with my dog but what really gets me sweating and is so much fun is when I do the Just Dance video games with my girls...I'm getting exercise but it doesn't feel like a chore because it's so much fun -
