Mine was like that to but for me my doctor did things different I was able to eat solids before the surgery but the last 3 days before surgery I was limited to one normal meal to help what was it the kidney to shrink or liver I can't remember lol.. Just make a list of what your eating now cuz sometimes what gives you gas now will make things worst after its put in. Did your doctor tell you what foods to avoid?

I take Prenatal's (not prego) for my hair and nails hair fallin out and nails thinning and soft. And soon biotien and I have taken daily gummys but they get stuck sometimes.

Congrats wish I could loose it that fast lol I had mine done March 19th 2013. Though I haven't been able to work out much due to injury in the past. Though I know I will need to get arms legs and tummy tighten. -

I lost so far 107 but I gained 17 back ????had fluid removed. But don't worry if it slows down and seems like your eating habits changed to eat more it's time for a fill. -

But it will hit a point where you loos faster than others. Just remember to keep active and eat healthy along with small portions. -

I lost maybe 40 pounds before my first fill I believe 3 months late. Depends how much you listen to your dr with what to eat and drink. -
My stomach usually hurts a lot when I drink from straws or carbonated drinks. Some foods cause me bad gas pain to and I tried gas x but the seems to make it worst.

Depends if your bands filled yet or not mine was put in without fluid. At first. I cried when I couldn't eat cake lol it is hard but it gets better just don't order big when you go out eat a salad or something or order appetizer. Usually I order appetizer and ask for them to bring it with everyone's plate and maybe a salad. -

I was able to eat cake but very small piece. But after having the band tighten I couldn't do much bread or cake with out pain. -

I strongly recommend using a heating pad and walking around short distance after surgery. Not heating pad on the wound that on your chest. for me it felt like a elephant sitting on my chest. -

If you have chest pains don't worry it's not a heartattack it's the gas they pump you with during surgery it passes but I strongly recommend a heating pad and to walk around the house. To make it better. -

I had mine done at 23 I'm now 25 at times I'm so glad I had it done but other times I'm like what have I done? I made the decision at 22 went through with it after my 23rd
