went in for another check up i has been a year and 3 months since surgery. i know i have been through alot since. i have my days where i dont feel my best and days where i feel on top of the world but when i stepped on the scale today i was so happy to see 263 =) and when i started off from 333 so happy to have lost that much weight now if i loose 90- 100 more pounds ill be even more happy

going in for my 5 week checkup cant wait to see how much i lost ... i dont feel like i lost much but i can kinda see a little difference in my stomach not sure if it was from the swelling or what... cant wait to see where im at... yea!!!!!

2 week post op appointment was today lost 7 pounds. wooo

man its been 4 days since surgery im still in alot of pain... luckly today was one of my good days though ... cant wait till this gas passes though..
