Hello everyone, I was banded by Dr. Spivak in March 2007. So far I have lost 23lbs. I still have a very long way to go and I believe that if I start working out it could help shed some more pounds. I'm all about exercising with workout buddies for motivation and accountability =0) Are there any groups in the Kingwood area that gets together on a regular basis to workout? Thanks, Aretha
