Hello I was banded 12/20. Port incision still sore at times. I can finally sleep on my side a lil too. During the day I wear my abdominal binder & that helps a lot with movement & making me feel secure. I start my mushy phase Friday, can't wait for a lil mashed potatoes. -
Thanks, for that tip. I was banded on 12/20 and I have been trying to figure what up with these hiccups. I have only gotten them a few times. Now I will be more mindful if it happens again. Thnx

New and just banded 12/21

Hello I was banded 12/20. I don't have as much pain anymore I'm only taking the pain meds twice a day now. My experience has been that each day it gets a little easier. I am so ready to move on to the pureed stage but not until Jan 4th. Good luck! -
I'm 5 days post op, feeling a lot better I don't have to take the pain meds as much. Still on liquids but still don't really have a appetite so the soups and protein drinks are doing the trick, thank God! Down 3.5 lbs since I came home yay!!!

I got banded 12/20 too, just really sore, gas pains not that bad. Every day it seems to be getting better. Good luck everyone!
