I did have trouble the first 2 days but they gave me a prescription for Zofran and it made a huge difference... -

Anyone's hair on their head starting to feel a little course? My hair and teeth feel funny....I just showered and scrubbed my hair twice with cleansing shampoo. I expect it to fall out but not feel like crapola... -

I most likely would have told her that if I wanted her opinion I would have given it to her and then asked for another nurse and to speak with her supervisor. That was a super rude thing for her to say .. -

My tummy growls when I drink and it settles down. It might be too much air. When u sip, push out air from ur lungs when u swallow...might help... -

Day 3 is a massive improvement happy girl today! My biggest piece of advise...walk....every hour. No matter what. Wake up at night? Take a lap. Bored of what's on tv? Take a lap. Much better because of it today. -

Not gonna lie...everyone that said they felt great can take a flying leap...I was violently ill and in indescribable pain for 7 hours...I am much better today but yeah...I was in tears and I'm very tough. That was just my experience and I'm sure that's rare...but I'm grateful it's over -

The best advice I can give you from my personal experience is that before you eat or drink something, stop and imagine yourself thin and ask "is eating this going to help me be my best?" That usually stops me because I believe that nothing tastes as good as being skinny feels. You have to get in your own head and deal with what u are craving and then banish it
