What a great idea I would like to join you guys. I don't get banded until 12/20 but I want to be back in the habit pre-op. Will start zumba tomorrow

Yes I have a 1 week pre-op diet: replacing 2 meals with Protein shakes. No carbs no fats no sugar ... yay lol see attached. My dr also has the 8 golden rules. [ATTACH]25329[/ATTACH]
