Got my first fill 3.65 is that a lot ?

Well me personally did not tell anyone but my sister it your personal business if you had a std you wouldn't go around broadcasting lol ijs . Secondly the eating right and exercise my friends won't think that's far fetched only because last year I started working out and eating right and lost 70lbs in 4 months the problem was keeping it off . And I just don't think it's lying because u don't tell people your personal medical history just my thoughts

Had my 1 week appointment and was happy the scale moved Minus 10!! Everything went well healing good just getting a little sore In port area and 1 of the incisions

I didn't have staples but I do still have a little soreness. Same here we use them for everything turning over getting up everything

Yeah I was just soooo confused on what I should be feeling I haven't had a pain or anything I just didn't know if I was suppose to eat until I feel full or what. But I understand I know I'm suppose to have a cup which I am ok with at this point

So glad to read this thread I was just banded on July 30th and today I have been wanting something to eat its so weird I'm not hungry I think it's all in my mind but I'm glad I ran across this soup broth it is and Gatorade and water thanks

Same with me I was banded on Tuesday and I have been in the bed most of the time. Walking around the house just a bit force broth, and Gatorade even if you only drink half u need it for strength. Hope u feel better

Was banded today incision site not bothering me at all not sore or anything, but I have the worst back pain. Any suggestions?

He says as long az I'm not short of breath with the phlegm it's ok. I'm very glad to hear that

I just spoke with him and I haven't been doing much walking just a Lil walking around in the house but I will get out 2 morrow and walk. He wants me to walk and move around the phlegm I'm probably just getting a cold.
