Im doing well I had surgery 1/24 and lost 32 lbs so far. I have had no complications. I am getting my protein in easily with lots of chicken, eggs and fish. maybe try unjury unflavored in oj can't taste it and it's 20 grams per serving. I add fresh lemons and limes to my water for some spunk -

i am 4 days post op and im having trouble drinking the 64 ozs of liquids. I start drinking and get full after a few sips, if I keep drinking I get nauseous. any tips?

I am happy to say I am starting to feel back to. my old self! I thought it was going to be a breeze, but boy was I wrong!! I just started full liquids so I'm excited about that!

so I had my surgery yesterday ! but they kept me in the hospital and I'm not allowed to drink! I'm so thirsty!! pain is. ok except when getting out of bed then I feel lots of pressure!
