Yeah I will save I'm very close anyway so would not be much point. Hi thanks for the recommendation I have a few questions I hope you don't mind? Did you have a lot to loose I am hoping to loose 7-8 stone but ideally 9. Also how long did it take after consultation till u was banded? Have you experienced any pain after affects if so how bad? Does you have to inject your self for ten days after to avoid clotting? Your doing the right thing and the previous post could not be more right about gaining when going back to solid foods. You can do it and you have managed the post op diet so far so keep positive and remember this will change your life xxxx can't wait to get banded myself

Over the last 6 months I've read psalms and prayed almost every day my life has changed so much. Sometimes it's easy to beleive u can pray and it's like clapping your hands and issues will become resolved that's not the case most often ur mind is guided into making decision to better yourself, yourself. I'm from the uk with no help from Nhs health service I'm saving myself and have never felt so determined
