Anyone else out there suffering from port pain? Ok maybe it is pain persay...I sit at desk at school all day and I find the muscles near my port sore by the end of the day.

I am struggling...I havent been around on the forum and I haven't been sharing my struggle with anyone. While I have found that my portions are smaller and I am satisfied by far less food...I am always hungry and have been making shitty choices. My husband keeps reminding me that I am not in my green zone and it will get better...OK enough pity party for me. I have joined MyFitnessPal. My username is heimjj...I would LOVE to add people to share this stuff with...*hugs*

I have strep throat so not fair...hope everyone else is feeling good!

Don't know if there are any other moms out there with kids under three but I got in trouble with my Doc for picking up my son who is ten pounds over my limit of twenty pounds...he is my baby and it is so hard to not pick him up when he is hurt or sad...I think this is the hardest part for me so far.

Just had my seven day post op...the Dr. removed the steri-strips and reglued me. One of my incisions looks pretty mad and while we both think it is from the waist band on my pants I have been given an antibiotic just in case. Now I just need to schedule my fill!

Hi all! I was just banded on the 27th. I feel much better than I thought I would at this point. Had a little episode with some milk, took to large of a sip, and boy did that hurt. I look forward to keeping in touch with all of you.

Hi everyone!... Surgery went great...i am only a little sore...The worst part of all of this is the being checked on every 69 minutes...but if that is the worst it gets I am happy!....Hope you all are doing great and thanks for all the support and sharing your experiances. It made me more prepared for this choice and procedure!

Well tomorrow is my banding day!...I am so excited to be at the end of this pre-op diet stuff. I managed to lose 13 pounds in a week and we are just finishing up packing for the drive to Kansas City. I am looking forward to a new begining but I am not looking forward to leaving my kids...See you all on the other side!

Last day of full liquids...tomorrow starts clear liquids...wanted to pop on and wish my fellow December bandsters a very Merry Christmas!

Just had a huge scare...my poor Mom is in town visiting for the Christmas holiday. We just learned this morning that she has strep throat!!! Not only is she miserable, she was worrying about jeopardizing my surgery next week. I called my surgeon he said it wasn't a reason to cancel my surgery even if I end up getting it too...I hope she feels better soon and I hope I don't get sick!!!

Sorry...preop diet day one.

Man I feel like a failure...today is day one and I broke down and ate a bell pepper...I am trying not to beat myself up over this since it was literally just a pepper...Better luck tomorrow I guess!

I am a HUGE fan of muscle milk...in case you haven't tried them yet!
