Good luck to all of you. The best advise I can give you is walk walk walk tomorrow after surgery. Try to walk up and down your street about 1/2 block every hour on the hour it will really help with the gas. I had my surgery at 6:00 am and was home by 10:00 am the same day. Walked and walked and didn't have any gas until the next day and it was very little. I felt great. -

I have been on the liquid diet for 5 days and I just cheated I ate a package of crackers ugh I hate I cheated totally sucks ! My band date is December 17 and need friends to help me out.
