I'm very excited too!! I'm being banded on Monday! I have to be there at 11am I have myself really psyched up for it and believe that there is ONLY success. I've been on a liquid diet since Thursday and even that's going well. My only question is if Butternut Squash Bisque is considered a liquid Congratulations to everyone!! Hey everyone!! Thanks so much for all the suggestions!! Here's what I have so far: The UNJURY products are Great!! All of them; unflavored, Chicken Soup flavor, etc.. Top notch!! Melaleuca has an awesome protein drink!! Both the Vanilla and Chocolate. Mmmmm! The Adkins are yummy. I got 4-4 packs of the Chocolate and 4-4 packs of the Wild Berry from Amazon for about $1.20 a bottle!! Great price and they're yummy! Today is day 2 of my 4 day liquid diet and my surgery is on Monday 12/10. I'M READY!!! Thanks again!!

I'm sorry that happened. Being 7 days out from my surgery I know how focused you had to have been on success, strength, etc.. Please don't get discouraged. Look at this hiccup as allowing you to be even MORE ready and extra set up for success. Also, thank you so much for sharing your story. It prompted me to get on the phone to confirm that my blood work indeed was okay.

Are you having a hard time with ht coffee? I love black iced coffee but not black hot coffee. Have you tried it cold? Just a thought...

THANKS EVERYONE!! I just order a starter kit from unjury and I will try the Adkins. I did some research on the Syntha-6 and it contains sucralose so I'm not sure about that one. Has anyone tried the 310 shake, or the Yoli Yes?

My "Last Supper" will be next Thursday (12/06) and the only thing I think I may want is an egg sandwich. Can't think of anything that I'm really going to miss having and based on the previous comments I won't have to. Maybe a trip to Hooters for wings and beer between now and then. We'll see...

Hi everyone. I've made my appointment (12/10) for surgery but somehow feel like I need more info. I'm calling to speak with the nutritionist tomorrow but so far all I've been told is that 3-4 days before surgery I should be on a liquid diet. After surgery? All I have is the LapBand info packet. Any suggestions or websites I should visit? Thanks for any help you can give!! Beth

Thanks everyone!! My first call of action tomorrow is to call the nutritionist. Then, I'm getting the books. I've been through so many diets that I refuse to fail this time.

YAY!! I just made my appointment for December 10th!! I'm very excited but nervous at the same time. I am so committed to this but I'm afraid it will turn out like every other weight loss attempt. Am I alone?

Hi. I've tried everything! HCG, boot camp, Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem... I always end up bigger than when I started. To make matters even worse I had a hysterectomy last year and I am heavier then ever. I'm 5'2" and weigh 205lbs. Yikes. I have a consultation on Thursday and I'm nervous.
