  1. I’m 7weeks out today my sw 240, cw 224, I feel like I should have lost more
  2. I’m experiencing the very same thing I’ve lost 19lbs but when weighed today the scale says I lost 8lbs, I know it’s fluid because of venous insufficiency by the afternoon I’m 5-6 lbs heavier [emoji45]
  3. I was sleeved 9/26/17, I am starting to slowly eat solid food, but it seems so intimidating I look at my food and instantly don’t want to eat it I’m hardly hungry but I eat for nutrition only, anyone having this feeling?

    I now know how i gained so much weight.....my old eating habits started to resurface around March 1, moving day the stress of the move caused me to eat too many high calorie meals and the taste started a small binge until March 28, my third fill, now i have nooo choice but to eat small, i mean very small amounts of food,
