Rebecca, I was told by my dietician to always papaya enzyems they act as natural meat tenderizers. This should break up the meat that gets stuck. Check with you surgeon see what he/she has to say. -
MsRhonda, I know everyone surgeons are different. Well I was running one week after my surgery. I asked the next day if it was ok, my surgeon told me to wait a week. I told him too late I had done it the day before. he said to continue as long as I am not in pain, with that being said I was banded on Dec. 4 and I've been running walking and doing Jazzercise about 3 days a week. But no strength training. Good luck!!!
