Drink plenty water x I did lighter life diet which is 4 shakes per day and after 3 days if u really stick to it u won't even worry about food. It's willpower . I used to wait as long as poss in the morning and have a small glass of water before my shake. If I felt hungry after that I would top up with water . If ur allowed flavoured water have that and u will be great x x x x

Hi ya x I was the same as you x nervous about loosing enough weight and its more about shrinking the liver. Don't stress just do what your doing and u will be fine. As long as you are cutting out the fat in ur diet u will be ok x xx x

I've really struggled on pre op diet . Whilst I have avoided fatty foods I haven't lost weight. My op is two days away and I'm nervous

This has been a deep and meaningful journey I've been on. I have lost half stone but in last two weeks prob only 1lb. I know there is no going back and I haven't taken this decision lightly especially as I've saved up £6,800 to pay for it. This has got to be my life change not a band change x x -
