Hi all! I was banded on 10/17. I was filled on 11/1. I did the 3 day liquids after the fill. Now I moved on to stage 3(mushies). I feel I can eat most anything except breads as long as I chew chew CHEW.. That's normal isn't it? So far I am a total of 12 pounds loss. -
Any good ideas for snacks in your purse when your still on stage 3 (mushies)?

I found out I was filled to 4cc during surgey. I got my first fill after 2 weeks because I felt no restriction at all. I took the advice and the gas x and heating pad worked wonders! Thank you!! So far today I woke up and had 1/2 of an egg with a lil salsa. I stopped inmediatly after I felt full. It was only after 5 Lil bites. I hope that's normal and my band Isn't too tight? -

Hi all! I just joined! I had my band in 10/17. Everything has gone well until I got my 1st fill on 11/1. I am getting the gas pains in my shoulder now. Any suggestions? -
