    Wow i dont kno what happend here but the pizza day is gone i dont know what carb cycle is i just know healthy choices count my calorie intake watch my sugars go for high Protein for fullness and BAM ON TO THE NEXT DAY. if i was consistent i would use mfp but i dont next week will start a new note taking on everything i place in my mouth Todays dinner was Breakfast eggbeaters with cheese n two slices of turkey bacon gn IM MY OWN MOTIVATION

    They told me i needed another i just pray my band is fine n its just time for adjustment because im creeping past a cup and two three hrs hungry when it was longer than that IM MY OWN MOTIVATION

    Thanks because im starting todo that and i was afraid sumin was wrong with my band the doctor say oh its nothing ur stoma just shrinking and band getting loose I PRAY my weight is at a stand im loosimg my mind floridays IM MY OWN MOTIVATION
  5. Ok i spoke with the coordinator shes says whats going on is normal im able to eat a bite more and my restiction feels faint n weight stopped. Due to my stomache is shrinking and band is getting loose so friday another adjustment it will be i couldnt take it anylonger IM MY OWN MOTIVATION

    Me to i hid mines cuz it was making me upset and im getting another adjustment my restriction is lighter n i can eat a bite more my weight goes up a pound down a pound i wont go past 40 hopefully friday will change all worries IM MY OWN MOTIVATION

    I was then i stoped i make up my meals tmrw il call dr n speak with her and im on regular diet was banded on the 10 i had firat fill 3cc i might increase it idk i need to get in these meals on time set im sit down and plan my meals instesd day by day hey ima have this n that thing . Im getting sick of my scale ima hide it from myself i have not went past my 40pound lost i go workout i really think its planning my foods i chose good things low cal sugars fat carbs etc its the times i eat i fell like my restriction from 3cc is disapearing and im getting upset i started at 278 im im 238 and i dont see it this buldge in my tummy abobe my belly button sucks. I want to cry i drink fluids thruvout day to keep mind from hunger but if i dont get enuff in then what. I see people restrict there bands til the actually band size or lesser do the lose weight cuz hell they not getting nothing in. Im trying here CRYING this is so freaking fustrating i want to at least get to my own goal by my birthday i want to be at least 200 by then or less i dont know band family. I want this more than candy. I just wish my tummy woukd go away. And i see my weight lost i want to get in a size 16 then an 14 then a 12 ,sigh.... IM MY OWN MOTIVATION

    I dont have a calorie intake a day i will let my dietican know of that i do count my calories i barely eat but small good choices today for Breakfast i had a smoothie lunch sauteed zucchini green onion onions bell pepper and a few slices of chicken breast in olive oil i guess thats ok IM MY OWN MOTIVATION

    Im at 3 too and heck maybe four bites im full i eat baked chicken, veggies, lean berf turkey smart choice dinners. Crackers to snack n between or applesauce or fruit. But i think ima get another fill cause i started snacking lol. Im full for three maybe four but im learning its mental IM MY OWN MOTIVATION

    No i woke up screaming and hollering choking trying to vomit the rest of it. I hurried up snd felt for it lol IM MY OWN MOTIVATION
  23. Omg WHAT PORTS IS WRONG WITH ME I WENT BSCK TO WORK IN MY DREAM AND A LADY I DIDNT KNO ATTACKED ME BECAUSE I HAD LOST WEIGHT N IT WAS BECAUSE OF THE LAPBAND. SHE STOMMPPED ME U.TIL I BLEED THEY CALLED POLICE N AMBULANCE MY SURGEON TEAM ARRIVED WITH ONLY HANGING FROM MY MOUTH WAS MY PORT SO THESE IMPOSTERS PULLED IT AND IT BROKE. LEAVING ME TO CHOKE IM NOW SCREAMING AND HOLLER FOR HELP I WASKES UP RUNS TO BATHROOM TRYING TO VOMIT THE REST OF MY PORT BEFORE I SUFFICATE N DIE. I DRANK Water STILL THE FEELING OF SOMETHING IS THERE WHAT A FUP DREAM I HAD WHATS WROMG WITH ME NOW THIS FEELING IS IN MY CHEST WHAT DID I DO TO MYSELF IM MY OWN MOTIVATION
