Hello,
I had my lapband surgery in August. I've initially lost 30+ pounds. I've had 2 adjustments and am not losing. Does anyone have a meal plan they're following. My doctor basically said I could eat whatever I wanted, just smaller quantities. But I'm not losing!! Help!
