Banded on 10/6, I have lost 25 lbs so far.... However I am now starting to get really hungry. I am eating what I was told would be ok but it is no longer filling. :-( I go in on the 12 so hopefully I will get a fill. Wish me luck! -

I am also 3 weeks post op and did the samething last week. Never will I do that again! I ended up standing up and walking as much as possible! -
I had the same thing. Try to walk around, it helps.

Hello everyone! I just found this forum and I am so excited! I was banded on October 6th 2012, I am in the process of learning all the do's and don'ts. I am learning that drink 24 oz of Protein shakes is a lot harder than it sounds! I look forward to getting to know you guys and exchanging stories, recipes, etc.... Have a great day!
