what do i do my boss wonts us all to go out for a meal at xmas i will only just be eating food agen how do you cope with eating out.l

had a good day at work been in the office for most of the day a slim fast for lunch as did not know what to take

mising toast and jam in the morning . i been told to drink more but they said not to drink with a meal s but if i drink befor a meal i am to full to eat i am stuck as what to do

i got my band on 6 oct a weet bag on the pain help and mint tea also help . i had most pain in my sholder go for a walk
