I thought it would be hard for me to give up soda, but I have been doing good. I had a SIP of sprite a few days after surgery to help get the gas out and it helped a lot. I have replaced my soda cravings with vitamin water ( love the Fiji apple) and sugar free kool aide. Oh yeah and Mio. I know its hard but just think of the good it will do letting it go. Stay strong and don't give up.

You are beautiful with every curve, dent, and stretch mark. Love your body that you are in. Soon it will be smaller then you will not like the sagging skin. There will always be something that you don't like. You have to get out of not liking yourself. It's a work in itself. But get naked stand in front if a mirror and love every inch of your body. Cause its yours for life. Love it all. The good and the bad.

Thanks you give me some hope. I can't wait to be where you are.

I was diagnosed at 17 with it. I don't have periods, I take pills four times a year for my periods. I'm infertile at this time, which I'm hoping my lapband fixes, cause I so want atleast one child. I also have the darkening on my neck, arms, etc. I was on the metformin but it gas me diarrhea and my doctor took me off. I'm down 30lbs and I was banded on 10/29/12. I'm hoping to be down 20 by the end of the month. Living with pcos sucks but I'm hoping there will be some changes soon.

I have pcos also and I hope that the hair goes away also. I hate having to shave every other day. Luckily I don't have the shaving marks like some women I see. I'm hoping that my lapband will get me small enough that I can conceive and carry a child.

Me and my husband use toys and it just adds to the experience. Some men have a hang up thinking there not doing good in bed, but that's not always the case. I like the double stimulation. It can do wonders.

Being that I have been big since I started having sex I have never have that problem. My husband knows I'm fat and he knows my stomach and thighs are fat so why be ashsmed. I love getting it and he loves doing it.

No not harsh at all. I understand the importance of following the diet. I will try some of the ideas I have been seeing on other post. Sometimes you need encouragement and scolding. Thanks everyone for your input

The doctor suggested baby foods and things with that same texture. I got a blender yesterday and was going to try some different foods. I have very hush blood pressure so I couldn't do the chicken brother even the low sodium gave me headaches. So I'm trying to read around and see what other people are eating. Yogurt gives me the runs and that is so not good especially when I'm at work. I don't want to eat the baby food but right now that and Apple sauce are working. No I don't think I will die from being hungry, but who wants to be hungry all the time?
