My name is Becki. I am 38 years old and have struggled my entire life with my weight. I am also a recovering addict. Alot of the core issues I have are based on my low self esteem and low self worth. I have been clean for almost 4 years now and I want to live out the time I have left, without regret or shame, I deal with that enough, everyday from the past I've had.

Because I'm an addict without 5 years sobriety, my insurance sux, and hardly pays for ANYTHING, I KNEW it wouldn't cover this surgery, and I was right. They are doing the entire lap band procedure and year follow-ups for just 12K. You can tell these people care aboyut people, not just the dollar. and from what I've found, he is an amazing Surgeon!

I start the 2 week liquid diet on November 2nd and have surgery on November 16th.
