I go to get my first fill on wed. what should i expect i am kind of nervous

Since the beginning of sept i have lost 37 lbs. I am so excited at the chance to gain my life back. I go for my 1st fill on the 28th, and I have been keeping my meals limited to 1 cup at a time which keeps me full for 3-4 hours.

I asked Him he said four weeks, but i am a little impatient, i am losing so good that i don't want to stop.

I had my surgery 11-2-12 i would like to start using my ellipictal again, i am not able to go fast or run just a steady brisk walk. DO you all think this is ok. I just dont have time to go walking outside, and i could do this in the morning before i go to work.

I was suprised with my insturctions. They said that by four weeks i would be eating normally and that is when i would get my 1st fill.

Today was day 7 and i finally feel great. Not only that but i got to eat solid food,Boy have i missed textures.

I haven't heard of them sorry

I had surgery on friday morning, and today has been awful so much pressure and feeling like i have over eaten. I haven't been able to get in my liquids today I have managed 1/2 of an adkins shake, 15oz of powerade zero and 3 oz of a thin soup. Am i doing something wrong????

i was banded yesterday and tomorrow they said i could have thin soups. the only onne i can think of is tomatoe. any suggestion?
