  1. Lol ya that sounds good too but I'm try n see if I can stick with the shakes n maybe once on the weekends ill have that lol
  2. Well I'm start off with a little bit of salmon n broccoli n mash potatoes but def have to chew very well . N yea try to resist the donuts lol u prob won't have any issues with meats n stuff if you take small bites and chew at least 30 times before swallowing. I love cake but I know if I eat some n find out I can eat It without any issues it will be a problem so I'm just staying away from sweets period.
  3. Yaaaa I'm cleared for soft food!! I never been soo excited, finally can have some food, but still will be using my protein drinks also I actually like them lol.

    Ok thanks for the replies everyone I was starting to think I wasn't drinking enough liquids to keep me full.
  5. So I'm 6 days post and today I was at a meeting and didn't have any protein drinks or liquids with me and my stomach starting growling so loud like I was starving. I've been hungry lately but even b4 the band my stomach would growl but not ever that loud that the person next to me could hear it. Is this normal?

    Are you taking small sips or gulps? It might be gas also, after I drink I walk around the house to lose the bloated feeling and it goes away. Btw I'm 6 days post.
  7. So I brought the unflavored unjury to mix into my jello and fruit drinks, and I can smell and taste everything -.-. I thought the jello would be the same consistency and taste n it doesn't . Also my mix with the sf fruit punch is so thick n gritty I can't bare to drink it without gagging. Has anyone else experienced this and are there ways to make the mixes better?
