I know this sounds silly...but when do i have the shake? Do i replace the shake for a meal? my surgeon doesnt tell me much...smh

The day before my pre op diet I had subway for lunch and KFC for dinner an chocolate chip cookies for dessert! An loved every minute Of it!...lol

I had my surgery at Rochester General absolutly loved them! I almost went through Highland...

Im also struggling im getting banded on Tuesday an im on a full liquid diet im suppose to be drinking 3 atkins shakes a day broth and sugarfree popscicles in berween an im starving!!!...lol i cant drink the shakes they make me sick to my stomach so iv been just drinking broth so i to would luv some sugestions on a Good Protein shake! Good luck to you! We can do it just think Of the end results!!!

Well getting banded on the 13th started my liquid diet today and its defiently harder then i thought it would be...lol Im hungry!! Im not comlaining just needed to vent I can do this its just gonna be a long 5days...

Luv subway!!...lol im on a 3 protein shakes a day i can have broth sugarfree jello and sugarfree popscicles but those shakes make me sick to my stomach i was told to get the Atkins kind but they make me pretty sick!

Im nervous Tooooo lol im getting more an more anxious as the days gets closer

Thanks everyone! Just got home from my weigh in an met with my surgeon i lost 11lbs and surgery is a Go! My labs came back fine i was worrying for nothing! I will be banded next Tuesday!!!

Today is my last appointment to make sure everything is in order for surgery next week! Very excited but at the same time nervous.I quit smoking 8months ago but 2 weeks prior my pre op testingg my husband came home with one Of those electronic cigaretts an i puffed it a few times not realizing there was nicotine in them how dumb was I smh!!! Im just hoping all my labs came back fine im thinking if there was a problem i would Of heard something by Now atleast I Hope!!!
