LoL...the dreaded scale! I also weigh myself daily and i really shouldnt its almost an addiction! I almost wanna get rid Of it because it seems my mood for the day is based on what my scale says sooooo not healthy

Oh wow i guess im in bandster Hell as well! I was banded on 11/13/2012 went for my 2 week post op weigh in an lost 12 lbs two weeks after that went for my first fill lost another 12 lbs. But im hungry all the time no restriction can eat anything! Im finding it harder to stay on trek smh im hoping i will see a difference with my next fill -

Well had my surgery November 13th went today for my first fill got 4cc an down 30lbs!! Almost 100 since I started my Journey a year ago just feeling truly blessed!! -

Ok im 2 weeks post op they say im suppose to eat 3oz at every meal.Iv been eating 5oz im tolerating it.is that bad? Will i gain weight? How many calories should I be eating? My surgeon put me on soft foods an im suppose to be drinking protein shakes as well I dont! I tried an I just dont like them but im confused when am i suppose to drink them help???

Well I was banded November 13th I had my two week ost op appt. I lost 15lbs!!! Since surgery!! I started my Journey last November atarted dieting in January starting weight 288 as of today 221 I havent been this weight in years....all smiles!

My bariatric doctor sugests his patients to switch because they will deny surgery...

Surgeon also said stay away from chicken noodle soup..lol she said eat real meat but pureed

Pretty much all they told me was im on mushy stage am i need to start drinking protein shakes an i can have 3oz at a time
