Hi dlkumes, I am a New Englander too. Massachusetts. Good luck on your journey. I gave up diet soda cold turkey. Not easy, I wzs a diet soda addict!! But it can cause nothing but trouble.

Glad you are feeling better. And sorry for your side trade.But 54 pounds!!?? You are my idol!! I was banded 12/17 and have only lost 33 and gained 3 back. Can I ask what your fill status is? I am at 7 cc and feel no restriction.

My signature shows my fill schedule. And I am still not in the zone. I am hungry and eat more than a cup. My doc has me wait a month between visits/fills.. Very bummed and have gained back four pounds.
