Hi What kind of Protein drinks are you using? To get my chocolate fix, I like unjury or amplify from GNC. For a juicier texture, I use nectar, roadside lemonade, from the Vitamin store. Good luck. When is your surgery date?

Does Maddy know her gram has that potty mouth??!! And yet again, it's like reading a sitcom script following you guys. Ok, I didn't have a chair event, but I missed a step and the next thing I know I'm on the ground with a ruptured achilles tendon. I bet a more petite person could have missed a step without having surgery, 4 months of pt, and not being able to drive for 3 months. So I feel your pain Tex, physical and emotional.

Was watching my niece play field hockey today on the field I played on 30 years and 70 pounds ago. I am going to dribble a ball up and down that field again by next season! SCORE!! (just need a darn surgery date.)

My doc wants me to take 2 flintstone chewables daily. Vit D, Vit B12, and calcium. This is all prebanding. I hear that Biotin is for the hair loss but I.ve also heard if you get the required Protein in, the locks should be fine.
