My surgeon said it is VERY normal. Mainly due to missing vitamins and/or protein. She suggests biotin but I don't know how much to take. Might be a good reason to call your doc, you don't want to lose a strand of that nice brown hair. Good luck!

Diet ocean spray cranberry juices 50cal. Try every crystal light yet? Fruit 2 O juice waters? Carbonation is a huge no no as you know. I will be the hardest adjustment for me as well.

Silly story to share for election day eve..... Years ago I taught a particularly odd student. His father was fed up with all the election hoopla, so one night he drove around and gathered hundreds of campaign signs, brought them to his house and had an emormous bonfire! Another example of "apples and trees", every teachers mantra when dealing with difficult students/parents. What every the outcome tomorrow, let's try to remember we are one nation under God, and WE will be much thinner and healthier by the next election!!!!!
