Bring something to distract you while waiting until you get the meds. Book, cell phone, music, puzzle book. Always hear chapstick is a must!

I take medicine for depression caused by an anxiety disorder.I don't know exactly how you feel, but I know what hopeless feels like and what lonely feels like when you are around people.
