From all the people I have heard from on this site, it comes down to 4 main things: sip, chew, Protein, timing. Protein will keep you healthy Sipping LOADS of liquid to hydrate Chew thoroughly. And do all the above SLOWLY to avoid stucks If we do these things the band will treat us well -
