Allie, you sound so anxious my first suggestion is just breath! Now you don't get a fill unless YOU and your doc think you need one. If you are losing at a good rate then you probably don't need one. Done the road that may change and you'll want a fill. Not everyone gets that huge restriction with a fill. It can take several . I am one of those people. You also can relax because it doesn't hurt at all. Just a skin poke. You don't need to only get your protein through shakes. Meat, poultry, eggs, protein bars, peanutbutter, etc. are good sources. I hope this helped. Pm me anytime if you have questions or worries. Glad to defuse your concerns. Good luck!! : )

Mine hadn't changed. May be a coincidence. But if concerned call the doc for sure.

Lapband chick fights are always interesting. But we don't know if Tita_f is a chick bcause no profile info and only around less than a week. Newbie, first impression isn't very nice. Loosen up, like the band, and relax.

Can't wait until I can join in on this topic! Congratulations to all of you. My clothes are getting baggy, but not time to buy replacements.

Inside exercise videos in the air conditioning. Mall walking. swimming. Just ease the pain with music, cute outfit, new sneakers etc.
-
Don't forget our old stand by, protein shakes. Frozen greek yogurt is great. Trop 50 + pureed fruit+plain greek yogurt=awesome smoothie
-
Yes, if your doc recommended those to you, they will expect you to take them even after a fill.

Plateaus can occur with or without exercising. Could be on one. But don't stop, your scale may have halted but think of the benefits to your heart!!! Way to go.

Can't see how trying to improve your health is horrible. I think you are to be commended. No educated person is going to fault weight watchers. It is a successful, safe way to lise weight if followed. Problem for me was a joined probably 10+ times but couldn't last. Good luckto you!!!

Nectar, by a company called syntax makes protein powder to add to water for a juicy drink, not milky. I love them. Can be bought online or in some health food stores....vitamin shoppe, cape cod nutrition are vendors in my area. Two flavors I recommend are roadside lemonade and ice tea.

You have motivated me to get off my butt and walk today. Thank you.

Call doc if unsure. I ended up in the er on day 7 with pain so strong I was almost fainting from it. But definitely a softener due to pain med slowing the movement so when you do go it won't be difficult

Sounds great! I like the 10 lb a month idea, but for now I am hoping to achieve 5 if it never comes back! I have got to get exercising. I stsrted out strong then I let sore knees slow me to a halt. Time to step it up! Let's do it december partner.... : )
