Oh man, I forgot about the whole johnny, open flap, no underwear, crap!! I hate that!!! Plus, I wear contacts, and will have to wear glasses probably. -

My doc says Biotin as a precaution Thinning is due to lack of Vitamins and or Protein. -

Ok, so the gas. If you can burp and or fart{classy} it helps? But what about the shoulder gas pain, how does either of the above help that? And being a VERY nervous Nellie, how do I know its not a heart attack pain??? -
