    Hair loss?

    I have heard of and seen people that have had hair loss. Prevention is all we can do. Protein up, take biotin ,and Garnier has a shampoo with biotin in it.

    hiccups...help

    Hi I posted about hiccups yesterday also. The responses I received all related it to being a reaction to the pouch being full from drinking too fast. Good luck. I definitely will be mentioning it to my doc when I see her on the 3rd.

    how is this even possible

    I was 7lbs heavier after surgery than I was the morning of surgery. It was all the air they put inside me and took several days to exit. Drink water or flavored water. It flushes salts and fills you up. It won't fill your pouch because it goes through. Hang in there!!!

    My doc said we could use carnation breakfast drinks. No protein gritty taste.
