I usually use injury but can someone recommend a ready made protein drink or liquid that is not too high in carb or sugars .

What does band being on the tight side actually mean. Is there any kind of pain when eating? I assume you are not in red zone.

Someone told me to put your fingers down your throat if you are really stuck. I never have but I would think that would be wrong to do

I don't want to do damage to myself but I am confused. Can you be too tight and not in green zone. I have a hard time eating and sometimes it comes back up. But I am hungry and am not satisfied on small amounts..this happens a coupl times a week. Is this normal or should I call doctor?

It is a fine line. I need to monitor if I am eating too fast

Since I have a large band it is taking a lot of fills for me. I would ask your doctor to see you every 2 weeks to get ball rolling . My doctor said there is no reason to wait do long for a fill after the 6 week healing time

Good thread . The last 2 weeks I have been having trouble having food pass through . Not every meal though. Yesterday I had no trouble at all but today I had frozen yogurt that got stuck . Does this mean I am too tight? I don't get a full feeling and I'm hungry too soon ?

Happy to hear you went up to 10 in a 10 band. I think I'm one of those persons who needs a lot of fluids

Went to my support meeting and it was refreshing to hear doctors support lap over sleeve and bypass even though it is less money for him and more follow up. In his experience he said since it is adjustable it will work long term . His patients are healthier and actually did not support sleeve at all. It made me feel good since I was on the fence and am not in green zone yet. Just thought since most doctors push other surgeries this was good to hear . Also he is very successful and has done a lot of wls. He said his wife has it!

I am tight in the doctors office. Next day I can eat like there is no fill. Does it sound like a leak?
