Hi everyone, not sure if this post belongs here or somewhere else. If it does belong elsewhere my apologies. I had lapband surgery a fortnight ago and I was told by the dietician I could start eating canned Soup as long as I blended the food up into a liquid consistency.
I have noticed that food that I could tolerate before surgery, I can't post surgery. Most foods now tastes too spicy for my pallet.
I was wondering if anybody else has experienced anything similar?
