These passages state slow & easy don't over rush activities swimming which I love uses just about all your muscle groups try walking excerises in pool first. You'll get there

    The November 'band'wagon!

A pre op diet can be different depends on your physician. Either 5-6 shakes bought over the counter high in protein low sugar with sugar free drinks, water low sodium broth. 2) shakes like Atkins, carnation instant breakfast, whey powder do it yourself mix in almond, soy, skim milks. Than having 1 meal of veggies & a low fat meat option exp turkey, chicken or tuna with plenty of water or crystal light (sugar free drinks) and no mustard, ketchup, mayo.3) Can possibly have protein drinks with sugar freejello

Kay, of coarse I'll follow what's suggested I'm just. Not a tea drinker and theirs ways around adding screamer & sugar. Add portien powder saves calories cappuccino, mocha etc. I've tried infusion bariatric version. Put I'll continue this after my six months. And too many calories in sugar free mints these things add up!! I wonder if listerine melt aways or breath sprays happen to be low? Does anybody know

If your shakes aren't already prepared try mixing in sugar free Jello, sugar free pudding with a splash of extract almond etc. Or change milk options to almond sugar free, soy if ur lactose intolerant. What works for me is pureed veggies like broccoli couple Tbsp five, 4 oz almond milk, crystal light but really walmart variety any flavor than ice blend well. Or place your milk variety 4-6 oz in a cup let freeze for a bit than place in blended add Protein powder almond extract a dash than a couple teaspoons of either sugar free jello / sugar free pudding!! You'll think ur eating a shake
  5. My doctor's literature States no coffee for six months after surgery. Granted I'm not one of those ppl who'll tear someone's head of if I don't get a cup but makes me warm & toasty while working nites. Than same booklet turns around and says tea is exceptable huh.. must not be the caffeine t cause tea does contain more. Than no chewing gum when asked why nurse practitioner said because u might swallow it and immediate blockage would form causing emergency surgery. Mommy maybe life exists without gum but coffee with delicious sugarfree creamer . Sigh okay at least it only half a year I better stop now though!
  6. Sorry cardio plus weights. Using my kindle it hiccups sometimes
  7. Pre op wt loss Doesn't really matter how much weights lost even though some doctors set a specific amount. Me personally I'm working out doing cardiograph plus weights. The more off can only help decreasing surgery complications . And in regards to your period I work in heath field I truly believe its do to the stress your under.

Hi, don't know anything about that brand but my doctor recommend infusion bariatric whey powder. Was only just told Tuesday to start drinking Thursday luckily I rushed out to pickup mix wed late afternoon after working double. I was first under the impression regular whey powder would suffice. Sigh, doesn't really matter though yummy flavors even if with just Water still creamy. Start my road to a new life Sept 4 th and waiting for big thumbs up from my physician surgery dates Nov 1 st. So whatever hoops I'll jump !!! : D
