so we can all agree that as overweight people we mostly eat emotionally or eat out of boredom how does it stop just from having surgery.... what do you guys do or does it just stop after making it through the liquid diets.... I have my own company I work really long hours I'm single and get home late picking up something to eat is just easiest.... my job is stressful though so I know I always snack with the TV or I'll snack when I'm driving across the Metroplex...i know sleeve is a tool, old habits die hard how did everything just stop we obviously have been unsuccessful in changing eating habits for many years.... I get it is much smaller..but i dont know..... I just don't want to fail

I like the idea of never being able to absorb calories, I am also aware of the dumping effects and not being able to take certain medications and always taking vitamins.... but if money was not a factor which would you really have done

haven't tried to pre op diet yet those people lose so much weight on a pre op diet is there a problem with doing that for months and not having surgery.....

Was 215 before throid mayhem yr ago, then gained 45 in one month (august 2011) & well 10 since then, im at 270, 5'8, looking at a sleeve...cant find doc i like....im so happy for u, maybe if I go through with it I'll find me a local workout buddy. I probably will go through it because I'm scared to think how much I will weigh a year or 2 from now if I don't

Lookup chike on google, i dont like vanilla or chocoale anything, but i found this company in a forum for bariatric taste and i love the orange and strawberry

So many different opinions....one doc says use Bari essentials....haven't tasted yet....but found Chile on forum and ordered and yummy, but 7g sugar instead of 4g lol.....opinions...I don't like vanilla or chocolate or the chalky taste, optimist was nasty 8 yes ago.. I would puke from smell. Lol....thx for feedback
