I'm the same way I can't go to the restroom so the only thing that help me is coffee I'm the morning I just need a small cup and I'm good u should try it I drink it a least every other day cuz I can go about 2or 3 times a day Sent from my iPhone using LapBandTalk

I lose before and after surgery and I went back to my dr for my 9weeks check up and he yelled at me cuz I only lose 3lbs I don't know y I have been doing everything the same since the beginning my surgery was on 11/2/12 from 4/12 I was 224 and the day of surgery I was 211 and 2weeks after I was 207 and now I'm 200 or less haven't check till the 25 of feb I go back to my dr and no fills yet Sent from my iPhone using LapBandTalk -

I know we will get there I walk at least every other day but I take my mom to chemo once a week it drains me for the week I shouldn't use that as a excuse but driving back and forth I get tired Sent from my iPhone using LapBandTalk

When I started with this whole band thing I was 224lbs and the day of surgery 11/2/12 I was 211lbs and now I'm 203lbs I just need to know if I'm doing everything good or should I have been losing more Sent from my iPhone using LapBandTalk
