I was the same way scared that I would not loss but I started in April 30 @ 224 like burgers I just eat the meat no bread and sandwich I didn't eat the bread I would eat lettuce wraps just Ham and cheese and water no sodas and now it oct. and I'm at 213 now I'm getting ready for my band on 11/2 I'm on shakes no food on that was hard the first few days -
