Many people in here have it. They call it the I band because they have both. I only have the plication and think its a miracle lol... Had it done in dec12 and am 7 PDs away from goal! Cheznol has one, I can't remember the other people's name;)

You defiantly feel full full after a small amount of food . Which is a miracle if you ask me! If you search on the vsg forum many sleevers still struggle with hunger... Or begin to later on. I think it has a lot to do with your diet and what you are eating. -

Anyone have any major screw ups? Not that I'm condoning it but just hoping I'm not the only one. Man I've been so good these seven months and I blew it today! -
You guys will do great too. I was a baby too... Cried right up until they put me Out lol. Funny now but I can empathize with you guys cause I was there. Before you know it it will be over and six months from now you will look back and be grateful! Good luck to you both!
