Lace my date is coming up too and I get these thoughts often as the time Gets closer. I have three little girls and the negative thoughts come and the feelings of guilt and "what ifs" come. Then ill look at someone's success story and I start to think what if... It does work and my kids get twice the mom at half the size. Can you imagine how this will affect their life in a positive way? Teach them healthy eating, have some self esteem, be more Active with them, go swimming more cause I won't be so ashamed of bing in a swimsuit! This is how I try to deal anyway. Feel free to msg me if you want as we have similar fears! We can do this!

I suppose being Passionate about what you have is not a bad things as long as its not dumping On what someone else has:) thank you all for your support:)

Ok so I'm from Canada... What are refried beans lol? Like brown beans in a can? Baked beans? Idk if I've ever seen refried beans but everyone eats them!

So do you feel "hungry" like You used to or is it more of a mind thing? Or not bad if you eat more times, or get your Protein in? Are you supposed to stay away from Carbonated things? What are some Of your favs for liquid/ mushy stage?

Well my big day is dec 3. I am getting the plication, which is in the middle of the band and sleeve. I've been on these forums for awhile now and it's seems the any kind of wls will work if you work at it. So here goes Nothing lol! But I'm always on here for support. So how's very one doing? My big day is gettin closer... Dec 3! I am 34 and have a lower bmi, 32. Yet obese is obese! I hope this is my time! My nerves are getting worse lol! I am trying I mentally prepare myself for this Positive change but every once in awhile the thoughts of my track record over the past 20 years ( obviously not good lol) creep in and I get nervous! Any thoughts?

Thanks for your input guys. These are some concerns I had before Doing months of research and talking to experienced surgeons who have been doing them for years. It is a newer procedure in North America but has been done and studied for ten years now. Anyway it is not turning the stomach inside out, it is a fold that is sutured and completely reversible. Anyway thanks again, was hoping to hear from some of the folks on here who have had it done. Haven't heard from them in awhile and was wondering if there were any new ones lately:)
