    *signs* Stall !

I'm in the same boat ladies. Plicated dec 3.... Lost 4 PDs on preop ( which was only two day liquid diet) se was 199, lost 18 PDs first 2 wks, one pd ( and a bunch if inches the second two weeks) so down to 180, and have been there since. Crazy not one pound lost or gained since. I'm happy with a 19 pond loss in four weeks total but I'm nervous I'm gonna be stuck here too lol. This week I'm inna start excersizing and drinking more water I guess... Good luck to us!

    Lap band + plication

I agree. I have the plication too. It is less invasive than the vsg but mimics it in the sense that the stomach size is dramatically reduced. I still chew chew, but my food choices are not limited and I am full anywhere from 1/2 to 3/4 of a cup of food depending on what I'm eating. It's like a miracle lol. Sometimes I still can't wrap my mind around how full I get on such a small amount of food!

    Pardon my bluntness...

I did too delta. And the team I've been workin for has been great. But I've met a few self payers who are wonderful people and haven't had as much direction. So I share with them as much as I can and try to support them as much as I can so we can all be successful. In the end it's up to everyone of us to make the right choices.

    Pardon my bluntness...

We all get eating plans before an after. And I bet most self payers do more research than most because we may not have local support. And I never said its ok to eat cookies and popcorn out right away. All I'm saying is that many people may truly not know the answer to these questions. If you guys can't be compassionate and support in your answers because it frustrates you maybe you should keep on scrolling and let someone else answer the question. I've seen a lot of people come down hard on iggy and others, and dislike her because of her delivery of responses and frankly it's sad because she has a lot of good info to share. People on here and in private groups begin to talk about "sleeve nazis" and how rude they are as opposed to learning from their truly inspiring an sometimes scary experiences. Like I said its just a thought...

So cold up here stupid weather! Anyways Monday will be four weeks and I've started soft food. Had a stall for almost two weeks but started the food am lost four pounds. So I think now that my cold is getting better ( minus the crazy coughing) I am excited for the new year to come, get some energy back and start excersizing.
