I was plicated dec 3 and love it. I chose to have it done because I had a family member who had a very bad experience with the sleeve so for me it was the right choice. I can't tell you what my full experience will be 20 years from now, but at this point I am happy and grateful for having this done. Good luck with your choice! -
I still drink a premade premier Protein shake a day. 135 cake and 30 gr of protein. They are the only ones that taste good to me and helps me get more protein. Maybe replace one of your oj with that:) and great job on the weight loss!

I don't Know if I chug it per say but 9 weeks out and it feels like I can... Way different from the little sips in the beginning! I hear its different for everyone though!

Kat we are similar... Except I got down to 203 for sw... I am at 170 now bmi 32 at sw... How are you doing? I've been bouncing around 172-170 the last two weeks... -

I agree with Louis, and also my left abdominal area was sore and cramps for some time. Of course that's where most of the trauma is so it will be uncomfortable for awhile:)

I went to TJ Mexico with dr ortiz. It is a center of excellence. Very clean professional hospital. The price was 6500. He was on Oprah, check him out;) -

I am currently in a stall. I'm not too worried about but it is disappointing. I will try to drink more water and maybe add more veggies?
