  1. Try drinking water with fresh lemon or cucumber. Not only tastey but also good for your skin. Im my opinion its ok to use mixes but I think you should also try to get in some plain pure water. Our bodies are 80 percent water. In saying that I meet my water goals and then I drink up to two low calorie gatorade. 40 calories a bottle. I freeze them and shake them up and it is like drinking a slushy.

    Most people who have this problem is because they are using explorer and it sucks. Try using fire or Google chrome. I was having problems and someone suggested that in forum and it worked. I use firefox now.

    Well said Tru! I also ate a lot of beans. You can have cottage cheese, humus, soft cheeses like laughing cal. Some mix it with tuna, eggs, canned chicken,re fried beans, . This is when you start to get creative.

    I absolutely love my vita-mix but very very expensive. I have heard people use the bullet and they sell that at bed bath and beyond. If you don't have coupon you can print one onloine. Also if you don't like it they will take back if you have receipt. Also I have never puréed my foods. There are plenty of other options.

    I know someone who did it and did great but she didn't have a lot to lose. Also they put her on a ridiculous low calorie diet even less then any of us eat.
  13. I eat 3 half cup meals and many eat more. I guess it really depends on if you are counting calories and what you eat. I just measure my meals eat healthy and don't count calories just my protein. It will fall into place as you journey on.

    5 year banister & I'm so lost!!

    Well I am sorry you are having problems and congrats on your healthy baby!! My question to you is what are you eating and how much food does the doctor allow for you to eat at each meal? That will give us an idea of what you are doing so we can offer advice. It is not suprising you gained after breast feeding and you can definately get back on track. Just pleast give us some more details.

  18. Try not to let your worries get carried away.It is normal to be nervous. You are getting ready to start a wonderful journey. Try reading some of the success stories on the forum. Maybe that will get your more excited then worried. Best of luck and keep us posted.

  20. I have the same problem. I now know that right for me is a little lose and not as tight as I hear others describe. Once I accpeted this everything feel into place. I really have to make sure I make good choices and when I feel hungry I drink water first and then if hungry i have a smart snack. Try to never let myself feel deprived. Good Luck to you. Feeling too tight is one of the worst feeling to me and my nurse told me reflux can lead to serious problems.

    It Just Stopped!

    I keep hearing this is a marathon not a sprint. Keep your eye on the prize and dont give up. What your are experienceing is normal. Stay on track. Also make sure you take your measurements. You will find down road that when the scale doesnt always move a lot of time you lose inches. Stay strong!

    Lessoned Learned

    My new sweet treat is TCBY frozen greek yougurt with nuts and sf caramel sauce. The problem is they only offer big cups and it is self serve. The fist two times I just added what I thought was a good size. Last time i asked how much it weighed and it was 13 ounces!!!! OMG! So I leanred my lesson to ask the weight before I eat. Then I split it up and take the rest home. So I now get 3 Servings out of what I thought was one. Lesson learned!! Just thought I would share.

    Yeah I am pretty good also but the combination of the big bowl and it being frozen yogurt threw me for a loop.
