    You are probably ok, but if you continue this behavior your increasing your risk for problems with your band and hurting your weight loss.

    Not losing

    I eat half cup meals. Can not imagine eating two cups at a time. Heck can't imagine eating one cup unless it was soup.

  9. Hey Mis I didnt know you dont count calories! Me too and I love not getting lost in the numbers. Works great for me. I dont count carbs either but I try to make healthy choices. I do believe for many reasons people should watch sodium and drink a lot of water. Cutting out processed foods is one big way to cut down.

    eating out

    Pretty much any restaurant is band friendly you just have to be careful what you order and how much you eat. Kids menus or appetizers are often good ideas and I always try to make sure they have a soup option.

    Dinner tonight

    I am mixing ricotta ff cheese, beans, sauce, Perdue turkey meatball and little sprinkle of lf cheddar.

    Not losing

    Keep doing what you are doing. Eventually the lbs will catch up!! Also depending what you are doing at the gym muscle weighs more then fat. It also burns calories faster then fat too.

    Not getting enough protein

    If you are told to still have protein shake at this time try isopure it is a drink not a shake. If you are not told to drink then you need to make sure to eat high protein foods. You have been given a lot of good ideas. I would suggest when you get to solids that you meet with a nutritionist. Best of luck.
  19. The gas strips or the chewable will work faster for you. I still get really bad back time but only during tom. Tylenol Arthritis always seems to help. Hope you feel better.

    Growling stomach

    My tummy growls when I am hungry but it growls even more as I start to eat food and sometimes after. I have been banded for 4 years. Like everyone else says it does not always mean you are hungry. It takes a long time to learn what your body needs and it is a process that never stops. best of luck.

    Eggs

    Sometimes I have problems with eggs. If i have scrambled eggs I usually whisk with some skim milk to keep them moist. If they are dry I can not eat them. It is all trial and error. Best of luck.

    Protine shakes

    Sf ff instant pudding mix is good to change flavors. Sf syrups are also good. I use skim milk but I know a lot of people who use almond.

    Most people are told the same thing as you were. Filling and unfilling can cause a little swelling so easy goes.
