Luck! -
My doctor said you either will or will not have sagging skin. Please do not let this stop you from exercising. You will still do your body a lot of good.

I was told same for fill and for an unfill. -
Unfortunately I take a lot of medications. I never had any trouble after surgery. Instead of taking all at once which I still do today while I was healing I just had to take one at a time and I waited about a minute in between. A side bar about Tylenol. I am only allowed to take this. I always take the arthritis stregnth. For some reason CVS only carries their brand right now which works for me fine.

I just have to add my two sense so sorry if you already know this. Never ever cut or crush any medication over the counter or not unless cleared by a doctor or probably even better a pharmacist. Never!

You can do it. This is a marathon not a sprint!!

Sorry my post seems a bit sloppy

When I got back on track flouro was required before I could get a fill. I can not afford to do this every time I am filled. The nurse said as long as I come in regularly or I email or talk to her I can get small fills in the office. I know she wont give me more then .25 and that was plenty last time. I cant afford to go regularly to see her I definitely cant afford flouro. I do know some people who have doctors that require it once a year.

Hey Congrats on this step of your process. You have a great attitude and you can do anything if you want it bad enough. Keep us posted!! -
My only suggestion is too stop every once and a while to get out and walk . Walking is so important and will help you get rid of some of those terrible gas pains. Don't be in a hurry and drive a route where you can stop when needed. Best of luck to you keep us posted.

Best advice I can give you is to move as much as possible and take gas x. Walk walk walk and then if you can walk some more. Even now 4 years out I get bad gas pains sometimes and this is what I still do. Hope you feel better.

Got nothing to add these ladies are giving you excellent advice.

Advice for problem keeping food down?
hely88 replied to Belle12689's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Good advice! Doctors right away!! -
Try not to be too nervous. You will do great. Make sure you have all your liquids ready to go along with tylenol and gas-x strips or chewable. Try to walk as much as possible once it is done. Take care and let us know how you do!

No sweat you bill be fine. Don't look at the needle its no way near as bad as it looks. Be prepared for at least one day of liquids, then mushy before back to solids. Congrats on this big step!

I got dressed today and all the sudden it is like my body changed over night. The shirt I wore last week that was big is now huge. The pants I wore yesterday are hanging some on my belly. I also notice more of a waist. I have lost a total of 95.2 and about 50 of it is from end of last October. Any one else have experience like this?
-
Yeah it's crazy how it really does sneak up. I really don't think I looked like this yesterday but my weightless counselor said my body really changed from last weeks weigh in. I guess now when I tell people that sometimes plateaus really do give you a chance to catch up with your weight loss and your body I know it is really true.
